Yes. Every tool runs for free with no account and no card on file. We cap usage per IP address per day so one person cannot run up our Anthropic bill, but a normal small business owner will never hit the limit in a day of real work.
No. Your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate the reply, then it is gone. We do not save the email you paste, the draft that comes back, or your business details. Nothing is written to a database and nothing trains a model.
Anthropic's Claude. Short tools like The Drafter run on Claude Haiku 4.5 for speed. The heavier ones (the quote builder and the 30-day plan) use Claude Sonnet for stronger reasoning. We picked Claude because it writes in a business owner's voice and refuses to invent facts where other models guess.
A name, address, or phone number is fine. Do not paste payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or anything covered by HIPAA or attorney-client privilege. The rule of thumb: if this text were on a public web page tomorrow, would it hurt you or your customer? If yes, redact it first.
