Agreement

These terms cover your use of maxx-effect.com and the services Maxx Effect provides. By using the site, contacting us, or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

What we do

Maxx Effect is an AI-automation and web agency based in Muskegon, Michigan. We build websites, set up AI automations, and provide related marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in a written proposal or agreement for each engagement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, you may receive text messages from Maxx Effect (including from our assistant, “Gen”). Here are the terms of that program:

• What we send. Appointment scheduling and confirmations, meeting reminders, follow-ups, and account or service notifications related to your relationship with Maxx Effect. We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.
• How you opt in. By providing your mobile number to Maxx Effect, for example through our contact form (and checking the consent box), by giving it to us directly, or by texting our number first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
• Message frequency. Varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can reply HELP for help, or email rob@maxx-effect.com.
• No sharing. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Fees, deposits, and billing schedules are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt and ongoing retainers bill monthly.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access for misuse.

Disclaimers & limitation

The site and free tools (such as our website audit) are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Maxx Effect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free tools. Paid engagements are governed by their own agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
